Clinton would have additional problems that would be addressed if she were equally witch-hunted.
In addition to the creation of the dossier, she laundered the payment of it through her legal counsel and hid it under "legal expenses" when she declared it in her campaign finance reporting. By doing that she accomplished two things: 1)hid the expenditure from public/regulatory view, and 2) Enabled herself and her attorney to assert attorney-client privilege about the laundering of the money when/if it were ever investigated- I mean investigated for real, not some HQ Special thing.

You have to look at the money trail. Hillary Clinton, John Podesta and his lobbying firm all received monies from Russia. So, if anyone wants to investigate collusion with Russia, it should be directed at Podesta and Clinton. The so called spy who is a Russian diplomat which they are trying to link to President Trump or his campaign has visited the White House multiple times and met with President Barack Obama, why isn't he being investigated for his contact with that guy they call a Russian spy? What about the Uranium One deal? No investigation either!

So I have my degree in business administration. One of the first things you learn is a cost benefit analysis. These things can get reall, Really complicated but the basic idea is to understand what you’re getting for what you’re giving to make the decision if the cost is worth the benefit.
We absolutely fail a cost benefit analysis when it comes to healthcare outcomes in this country. The amount of money we pay for the life expectancy we receive is a fool’s bargain.
We pay MUCH more for a significantly shorter average life expectancy than countries with universal healthcare. There’s no way to look at the facts and determine our healthcare system is worth what we are paying.
Retirement is another area we absolutely fail in as a nation. Yet we have an incredibly high social security tax and it is going bankrupt but how can this be? Well this is the best one social security is only taxed to a certain amount of income. So while the working families pay a ridiculous percentage of their income the millionaires and billionaires don’t even feel it.
To say we are failing our people is an understatement. But the reasons we are failing is embarrassing. Republicans are stuck on this stupid idea that every social program is a Bolshevik plot to overthrow the government and the right wing media feeds them one lie after another to keep it going.
As to your question about one being good and one being bad, what are you talking about? I don’t recall saying spending more money on education is good.
