Subject: Issue with Price Proxy 7.0.2
Products Impacted: Price Proxy
Issue with Price Proxy 7.0.2
TT has identified an issue which impacts all customers running Price Proxy 7.0.2. Specifically, customers may experience increased network bandwidth utilization, X_TRADER® Remote Host disconnections, or increased latency.
TT is currently testing the fix for this issue which we expect to release in the next few days. In the interim, TT strongly recommends that customers roll back to the previous version while we work to correct the issue.
To roll back, customers must uninstall Price Proxy 7.0.2 and then install Price Proxy 7.0.1. TT has replaced Price Proxy 7.0.2 with Price Proxy 7.0.1 on the Customer Portal.
TAMs will be contacting all customers running Price Proxy 7.0.2 to discuss the current situation.
