I agree, am still seeing latency issues. I sent a message to support again letting them know about this.

It's actually much worse this morning.
They're telling me they upgraded to level 3. I don't know what that means. But she said once everyone got connected it doesn't keep up.

Not happy.
 
Mine is up and running (for the ES), just the refresh rate is a bit slower than usual. I'm still able to trade, it's just not as robust as it normally is.
