The $300 was not my idea nor do I approve of it.
I'm quite comfortable with $1500 though since my scalping strat is very exit oriented and average .50 DD with 2 points hard stop always in place with better than 65% WL ratio.
 
Try TransAct directly without IB

You have to pay the platform but if your trades are more than 200 R/T per month it's free

I think you should pay 3.42 R/T (max 3.60)

This looks good, the only thing would be if XT could be hooked up to it that it does not seem so? They seem to have a good feed though.
At 3.42 they appear to be higher than Direct Fill at 3.32 but if the platform is included then it makes sense.

As for DirectFills, they are an ib for Man Financial, and the deal is real, with no volume quota. The platform they offer with that deal blows chunks. :(

And remember, firms with published rates are less likely to negotiate, if at all. It is not difficult to get sub $4 all-in RT, sans xtrader.

Thanks your input. So by the looks of it still Direct Fill at 3.32 all in seems to be the best deal so far. The only thing remains to see if XT could be hooked up to it or not then allowing .65 for XT puts it at 3.97 which is about the same as Global since the latter at that price has allof CME included.

That would be 3.32+.05(IQFEED)+.03(Exchange)+.65 XT = 4.05
same as having 2 platforms and 2 feeds?! I don't know, the choicec so far are the latter, Global and Transact that at 3.42 you also get an acceptable platform with?
 
For me the volume data is a MUST and, it seems that IQF is the only one that in the next few days will provide this so, going with Trans Sierra Charts is included with which IQ can be used too hence,
Trans = 3.42+.05+.03 = 3.50 the lowest so far to get the volume and a reasonable platform, still having 2 data feeds also which is a plus.

That is if XT could be hooked into Direct Fill? But of all the above I so far prefer the Transactive option, since for 3.50 you get:
Trans Feed + Sierra Charts +IQFEED + E-MINIS = 3.50
The only question is how is Sierra Charts??? I have no experience with that but I know that it can simultanously be hooked to IQF and Trans, which is very good.

1000 RT per month is about 50 a day! I don't think that would be swing trading now, would it?
