I try to answer all my emails as soon as I can. I get a ton of emails everyday and unfortunately I do accidentally miss a few. Also, sometimes I'm out of the office for a few days.
If anyone ever has a question and emails or PM's and does not receive response from me the same day, please email operations@velocityfutures with the question and put my name in title line. I will make sure I get your message, if I'm not in the office one of my staff will answer your questions and I'll follow up with you when I get back.
