I'm seeing the same thing, although a couple times it seemed to pause but that may have been intentional.

Do you use xstudy? Do you see the big gap in data from 2 days ago? I'm trading (attempting anyway) the ES.

You're absolutey right. Internet connection and PC have nothing whatsoever to do with performance when trading over the internet. Most of my top traders use 600E ThinkPads over a dialup connection.

Anyone experiencing non fluid quotes today on the ES? (noticeable on the DOM)

Yeah I had a lag on the CME CL ladder whereby I'd see/hear a fill first then see the quotes move through my order, i notice an upgrade to the latest X_trader is now required perhaps that will fix it

Did you actually perform that XT upgrade with good noticeable results in terms of fluid MDTrader? There is nothing on Release Notice that could deal with slow ladders issues.
