This is not good as Vanessa might be subpoenaed to testify now that the spousal privilege is broken due to the divorce or does it apply retroactively to anything that was known during the marriage?

She didn't continue to "go around" after the marriage, after she's made a commitment to stay faithful, that's what counts.
