Any idea on this prop trading firm? how's their reputation? what's their core business? is it worth to apply?

They are a large NYSE Specialist firm with a presence on every major international exchange and as well as an upstairs trading operation.

I am not familiar with their upstairs operation, I only knew them from the NYSE floor.
