Sounds like you're planning to be doing one of those trial tests for the vaccine to determine if it works and if its safe before its given to the general public.
I plan to get a vaccine but only after some of the canaries from my town have enter the coal mine and after government officials confirm they've had the new vaccine shot too considering they'll most likely be saying its safe.

And yeah, I'll get the COVID vaccine when it comes out to the general public, because I already had the damned thing.
You are part of the problem of not believeing in established vaccine programs. The flu vaccine has been available for decades, and it works. You will rue the day you come down bad sick with influenza because of all those years of not getting a flu shot.
I hope you ate dirt and licked bugs as a kid, because as you get older your immune system will need that "immunoexperience" you have not been getting from years of neglecting the flu vaccine.
LOL I don't get shots or the flu itself and barely get a cold every 5 years or so. But you might be right - I did eat a lot of dirt and beach sand (does that count) as a kid. No bug licking though. How about you?

Well, I had not suffered the flu in over ten years, and I was on and off again with the flu shot since then but did get it 4 out of the last 4 years, around Thanksgiving each year. And I can tell you without a doubt, what I had in Feb this year was NOT influenza.
So when the COVID vaccine is ready for gen pop, I'll be getting it. No fear. Because I don't want to get again what I had in February.
Ohhh...Yeah, not sure why people would whimp out from taking the flu vaccine.
Here's a quick story about the power of vaccines and that you should be worried about other vaccines beyond just a flu shot:
I caught the Pneumonia in the fall of 2016 @ 49 years of age. I didn't even know there was a Pneumonia vaccine (I had forgotten). Anyways, collapsed at a hospital during a check up for a bad persistent cough...woke up about 2 months later from a coma / life support.
While in the hospital, soon after the coma...they asked about my vaccination history and then asked me if I have ever had a Pneumonia Vaccine in any of the countries I lived in considering I have a home in France, Canada and the U.S.
- My hospitalization plus another month of quarantine and rehab cost ?
In addition, I have excellent private health insurance too to cover the cost of the rehab, home care the following year while I recovered back here in Canada.
Here's the thing. A year earlier (2015), I had given permission for my kids to get their Flu shots and a little after that they got their Pneumonia shot. I myself had only the Flu vaccine...not the Pneumonia vaccine.
That mistake of not getting the Pneumonia vaccine almost killed me but at the same time...glad I didn't make the same mistake for my children.
Yet, the rush to find a Covid-19 vaccination spooks me even though I'm pro-vaccination.

Regular Flu, never had the shot but tempted as had 4days melting and sweating and freezing at the same time in December.
Covid, errrr barely touched me, much prefer that to the Flu every time.
Hopefully not like Flu and won't come around every year, no real big deal but virus wise, but you know, lockdowns and panic.

No to early for it to be that, wasn't even in China then.
Had 1 night of sweating with Covid, slept it off so wasn't that bad, lethargic 4days and mild chest pain doing CV in the gym, which I hate so no biggy.
Pretty much everyone's had the thing here and no body knows anyone who's died of it, 45K in the UK just isn't a big number compared to population, IF I was in my 80s them I'm sure most of my mates would of died so no real change I guess when you get to 80s.
