It's as if they're assuming that more Republicans died from Covid and they're replacing them with immigrants that they assume will vote Democrat, especially in some of those southern states or southern districts of California.

One could say the same for the Afghanistan and Ukraine immigrants too. Make them very happy by bringing them into America...you could get their vote.
