Utah hospital bars cops from contact with nurses after 'appalling' arrest

should we not be offended that cops were going into a a hospital to have blood drawn from an individual who we are told was not the cause of the accident.

Based on what do they think they have the right to invade a persons body and take evidence without a warrant?

They were intending to implicate the victim in the hospital to CYA. I heard police initiated the accident scenario.

So, should be criminal, or at least open to a suit from the victim whose blood they wanted.
