Provided they have the balls. You know, I'm sure that government has thought of this possibility, and has a counter-measure. They do this for a living, after all, whereas the sheeple are not even part-time revolutionaries.

Not that it matters, but how does this make us any better off? It means our government is dumb and/or we as Taxpayers are getting shafted. I never invested in these shit companies because I thought they were shit companies. Now the government is making the investment for us. Awesome.
The only positive I can see is that the government will leave profitable companies alone. Oh crap, nevermind, Obama and democrat congress coming in soon! Tax them until they become unprofitable or leave!
