Using IB Debit Card Abroad (in Europe)

I know there is no fee from IB on the exchange, dinner, hotel, whatever. But what rate I am charged at. When I look at banks they are getting like a 600 bp spread. If the spot is $1.13 when I use the card what will the rate I'm charged be?

The mastercard daily exchange rate is very competitive. I think they post it on their website.

In fact mastercard daily exchange rate is better than visa or Amex.
