using excel with TWS automated trade

I am having a hard time just getting off the ground with excel and TWS.

what i want to be able to do is have a conditional order executed.

Here is my criteria,

If XYZ open > A and
XYZ open < B then
buy XYZ at limit of C
end if

pretty simple but I have not been able to get past just getting quotes with excel through TWS.

I want to have about 30+ of these per day and they need to normally execute within the first 10 mins of trading so its not manageable manually.

Any help would be great
