Agreed. But I imagine one has to pay millions to get a system set up and maintained, with a time reasonable ROI. What these new AI will do is improve accuracy at a fraction of the cost. At what point will the government step with rules to limit overly accurate bots?There are lots of trading bots. For a long time, there's been a huge financial incentive to develop something that has a sustainable edge.

Yes but.... Plug an AI to a quantum system with 1000's of financial data feeds and non financial data from specific industries or focused areas of interest, feed the info into a trading bot and perhaps the % trade accuracy reaches levels unheard until now. After all, some of the most sophisticated systems are used to predict weather patterns and these days their accuracy is quite impressive.Completely different domain, has nothing to do with time series, financial data. This is solidly rooted in the NLP space. Nothing to be seen here...
