But we don't want to wake up. That's the whole idea. What's the point of waking up just to be controlled by the 1%??!! Staying asleep is the only way that we can be free of the control of the 1% or anybody. With the 90% asleep, what's the 1% able to control? Nothing!! Controlling somebody that's dormant and unresponsive to what you want to tell them to do is not controlling. And we want to stay that way because regardless which group is in power, power is always going to be concentrated in the hands of the few; it will never be in the hands of us, the 90%. The 5% is just trying to wake up the 90% to topple the current 6% so it can take over and control the world not really to give the power to the 90%, once the current 1% is overthrown, the 5% that's trying to wake up the 90% today will take over and the power will be concentrated in their hands and us 90% will still powerless with nothing. Nothing will change. Nothing has ever changed and nothing ever will.

We have 85 years on this planet and no one breaks free of the structure they have set for us.

School to get into another school to get into a job.Go into enormous debt for a place to live cos everyone else is doing it.It's a 'dream' to be indebted your whole life.

We've been doing it for so long we dont know another way.

I used to talk about work ethic and be proud of my own.Now I'm starting to feel embarrassed about it.'Great Work Ethic' may be the gold star for adults.'And if you keep up the good work,we'll let you borrow 1.2 million and improve your living standard before your heart attack'.

The 'control' is just keeping you at the grindstone.Generation after generation.

Go into enormous debt for a place to live cos everyone else is doing it.It's a 'dream' to be indebted your whole life.

It's not because everyone else is doing it; it's because the alternative is even worse. Unless you become one of those squatters, you have to pay to live in a place; nobody is willing to give you a place to live for free. And if you don't go into debt and rent, you end up paying higher and higher and higher rent which is higher than the debt payments and at the end you don't even own anything. At least when you go into debt to buy the place, at the end, once you paid off your whole debt, you have something that you can sell to the next person who will buy it from you by taking an enormous debt. It's not a dream but the best way to survive in a matrix.

This is a variation of a logic puzzle from ages past. I do not recall the answer, but it can be solved with a math formula IIRC.
