Easy enough to check, connect to his wireless and do a traceroute (tracert) to any internet address - you should be able to tell right away from the first few hops which ISP you are connected through. Or just go here http://www.whatismyip.com/ and then do a "whois" on the IP address that is displayed, the ISP that owns the block should be listed.Quote from vhehn:
