USD credit cards

i dont live in the USD and am not a US citizen, so i cant open a US bank account. i travel to the US very often and would like to have a USD credit card (settled in USD). Any suggestions?

banks in my country dont often USD credit cards.

Most reputable bank allow you to keep a dollar denominated account.

I've found HSBC's expat service to be excellent, as they have local branches all over the world.
