If it moves back down to .1386 - .1381 and holds, then moves up. We should be in better shape. This would target the .1523 area next stop.

Well, I have been away for awhile and I see we came back to .1382 and are moving up slightly. Good sign but we may need rocket boosters. If this area breaks down, I may exit and look to enter somewhere below.
