USA house hold survey index

There's no such thing as a "household survey index". Household survey and establishment survey are the two broad categories used by the BLS for their monthly publications of labor statistics. If you go to the BLS website here (http://www.bls.gov/bls/proghome.htm#employment), you'll find the household survey data under the abbreviation CPS, whereas the establishment survey data is under CES.
