USA broken by the cost of criminals

All executions are burning at the stake, witnessed by school children (full sight and sound) from 4th-9th grade.

The only way to deter violent crime is to make the up-and-coming class of would-be offenders (i.e 12-15 yo) personally view the punishment their actions will result in.

Soon after the Allies overran concentration camps like Belsen in WW2, the local civilians tried to evade responsibility by saying the knew nothing about them. So they were forced to tour around the camp and witness the piles of dead bodies for themselves ! They were lucky they weren't stuffed into their own gas ovens !

My contention is ridiculously simple - that the politicians should make the country they are responsible for a decent place to live in for decent folk.

Our democrat party would shudder at that notion. They seem to use the inverse as a core fundamental: do everything they can to make things unbearable for decent people and support every dysfunctional group or practice possible.

The mafia really became hugely powerful in the 1950s controlling large cities in America. The Kennedies fought them and it cost them their lives. The US is riddled with more minor criminals these days as proved by the 2.3 million in prison currently. If each prisoner costs the taxpayers about $100,000 a year plus the costs of an army of law enforcement then that's a lot of money. Way up in the trillions without a single useful return.

2,300,000 * 100,000 + law enforcement = $230,000,000,000 plus ??????????????????

Putin would probably cull 10% a year. The figures would drop substantially.

The decent folk of the US could live again without fear. It could come down to letting them go or culling the worst offenders.

That number has come down drastically. Less gaurds, Less rations, Less clothing, less everything.

Rather than throwing away any hope of release on the 3 strikes policy it might be more humane to offer a corporal punishment option. It was a real deterrent at school as far as I recall and hurt like hell.

My Brother is on his 24th year of a 29 3 strikes conviction. We have taken his case to the 3dca with no luck. We hit them with a 3.80 motion for illegal sentencing as he was framed by a judge who he embarrased. We are in the mist of writing his story. Its been a judicial travesty to say the least.
