:D :D :D It seems that you are in 'full forms' when it comes to putting your point of view acoss.
Trump has promised: he'd better deliver as Trump promised to people who want results.
If he doesn't deliver, Trump would upset the 'nationalists'.
If he does deliver, then Trump would upset the 'Globalists'.
Basically Trump is between two hard chairs. We need to wish him good luck, as he is going to need to trade very carefully, and mostly deliver without upsetting.

I think you meant "tread." And when has Trump ever been known to tread carefully, or do anything carefully for that matter? Yes, he will need all the luck he can get.

As for delivering without upsetting, I think he will be 0 for 2, but let's see what happens.

Can anyone point to a post on this site where a Democrat said "I am giving Obama 1 year from the start of his Presidency to make good on promises or I will stop supporting him"???? It seems like everyone on the left supported him from start to finish regardless.

I am ready to no longer support Trump if he does not deliver. I won't support him just because he is a Republican in name if he does not make good on promises.

In my opinion many of the career politician Republicans are do-nothings. Maybe that can change under Trump?

Republicans control the House, Senate and the Presidency. If they cannot deliver then something is seriously wrong. Trump will get a year at most before the same anger that got him elected turns on him if he does not deliver. I am willing to give him a chance.

If Hillary got elected then she could do whatever she wants or do nothing at all, either way any criticism of her and her policies would have you labeled as sexist and racist. Her defenders would fight for her for all 4 years of her 1st term. Contrast that with Republicans who are only giving Trump a limited amount of time to deliver. That speaks volumes about who is results oriented and who is a lifelong Democrat regardless of performance.

You're quick to forgive Obama for failures because the right was "out to get him" and make him a 1 term President. I wonder if you'll be as forgiving if Trump fails due to Democrat commentary and action.

But history matters. Obama's mistake was to try and reach to the other side when he had a full house (much like Trump does now). He should've just railroad legislation and apologized later. I'm hoping democrats become obstructionists just like repubs did so they can regain it in 2018, but democrats have the problem of being too nice. You can try to deflect blame all you want, but some of us remember the right's refusal to work on anything during Obama's terms.

Obama did railroad legislation. If Trump does it, he will be following Obama's presedence.
