Regulations are the same in every country in EU, it is just a matter of time before they apply the same regulation scheme.

Some countries are faster than others at applying it, but they all will apply the same ban eventually.
You see Binance operating in other countries in Europe just because the new scheme for money laundering has been signed recently, just wait for the next year and you will see that Binance won't be able to operate in Europe.
