The men still pull the World Cup money wagon. The men's World Cup in Russia generated over $6 billion in revenue, with the participating teams sharing $400 million, less than 7% of revenue. Meanwhile, the Women's World Cup is expected to earn $131 million for the full four-year cycle 2019-22 and dole out $30 million to the participating teams.
It doesn't matter how good you are. It matters how much revenue you generate. The U.S. women's program generated more revenue than the men's program in 2015 because they won the world cup, but they've generated significantly less revenue over the past decade.
Just to add you are not understanding the argument. They are not trying to get all women paid the same as all men in the world.
There is a pool of money handled by the U.S. Soccer Federation. The US men suck, the US women are amazing.
The US men get paid way more of that pool for sucking than the women do for dominating.
Whatever though. This whole forum is a bunch of low IQ fucking retards who surely don't make jack shit trading of all things.
