Government will just create or raise an existing tax to pay for it.
The reason we are helping the Moldovans is to prevent the Russians from laying claim to Transdniester.
Romney was right when he said that the Russians were a bigger problem than the Muslims.
Had Romney been elected, Crimea would still be part of Ukraine and the CIA would have replaced Putin by someone better for the USA.

Here we stand, indeed... Are you saying Russia is a threat to the US? If so, I am very curious how exactly is it threatening.obama (lower case), was shown jumping all over Romney during one of the 3 debates in 2012, saying (I'll try to come close) "Russia is our greatest threat? You've got to be kidding. No wonder you're foreign policy is so bad."
