I read an interview today in the UK. A guy was saying that some US property was yielding 20% near US university campuses. I found this astonishing. But, if its not BS, what region/town are we talking about?

These are usually all over where there are large universities. students have to live somewhere right. Maybe you can post the link. Keep an eye on Boston Housing Market here.
