US mobile# and Zelle

I live outside of the US. I have a checking account in the US. My financial in the US requires me to have a US mobile number to add a new Zelle recipient (they send an access code to verify my identity.)

I don’t have a US mobile number. Does anyone know how to get around this? VOIP number doesn’t work.

i use email as my Zelle ID many do.
 
Thanks but I need to be able to receive a SMS. Google Fi might work. A bit pricy for something I only would use a few times per year though.
