US Invades Syria, Civilians including four child dead

DAMASCUS, Syria � U.S. military helicopters launched an extremely rare attack Sunday on Syrian territory close to the border with Iraq, killing eight people in a strike the government in Damascus condemned as "serious aggression."

A Syrian government statement said the helicopters attacked the Sukkariyeh Farm near the town of Abu Kamal, five miles inside the Syrian border. Four helicopters attacked a civilian building under construction shortly before sundown and fired on workers inside, the statement said.

The Syrian government said civilians were among the dead, including four children.

Like, we sent people there to kill children. Isn't it odd, everytime we do something, we kill children? Odd how the finest military in the history of man can't discern between combantants and civilians.

I knew of a guy training with the same special ops helicopter guys for six months before they shipped out. I thought maybe he was going to Iran, no one knows. This could have been him.

These people are trained professionals, who make possible for you to babble incessantly of things you know nothing about. If nothing else, have a little respect.

I know you won't because you know everything. But, at least I tried.

Well, it's about time!

Here's hoping we see a lot more of these attacks. Maybe next we can see the same thing in Pakistan. After all, Obama has already thrown his support in. These guys need to know that they can't hide.

Obama said if elected in November 2008 he would be willing to attack inside Pakistan with or without approval from the Pakistani government, a move that would likely cause anxiety in the already troubled region.
