US fighter jet crashes during Libya mission

Wasn't it just last week when we hollered and jeered at how lousy Libyan pilots were when they missed the bomb target by miles? At least their planes didn't get shot down.

Well, fortunately, those US pilots ejected safely.
 
Why do we need combat pilots? Can't we light their skys up with unmanned bombers? Let our men sit in simulators in the hangars of Oklahoma?
 
why is this a big deal?

we will print more money or issue more bonds

It is free money, USA will never bankrupt due to war expenses as long as investors all around the world believes USD has value

That is the key point
 
it will turn into a big deal if any pilots get captured alive...this will turn from a "no fly zone" mission to who knows.
