There's a guy in the video talking to another guy on the phone. The second guy claims that he's in Copenhagen and is unable to convert some wee amount of dollars into, I assume, Danish Krone. That's all.
If you interpret the above as a symptom of some sort of a massive economic calamity, you're either a) paranoid; b) gullible; c) a rabble-rouser; or d) all of the above.
