For anyone who wants to know the non-Sputnik reporting on this, we are currently in talks with the British and French for a possible coordinated strike, led by France, on Assad’s forces.

The Truman strike force is heading to Europe, not the Mediterranean, that is false reporting as I can tell being spread by Sputnik.com and their Russian sympathizing internet rag, zero hedge.

Their destroyers are not running into tankers and freighters. They have very capable attack subs, plus advanced missile and air arms. Plus, they have not attacked us. We are the aggressors here. At some point Putin will have to respond. Given the likely chain of escalation, that could be game over.

Trump is being advised by people who think the Iraq, Afghanistan and Libyan adventures were great ideas that were just mishandled by Obama. That should give anyone pause. Obviously neo cons are co-opted by Israel and both parties by Saudi money. The other explanation is that they are really that dumb, which is outside the realm of human possibility, with the possible exception of John McCain and Lindsey Graham.
