FYI, this is a forum principally for traders. We are at the computer a lot because it is our job. There are gaps between trades, that is why a lot of active traders are posting.
I grew up in a family crammed with similar letters and whatnot going back ages. I actually considered if it could be contemporary however image search brought up nothing and other (plentiful) modern letters from Army Intelligence were completely different.
