US - Bonds

Hi! Can someone explain what it is we are trading with Bonds? I have a chart with the symbol US #F (Esignal). Is this traded or is it like and index composed of something?

Are there mini Bonds?

The futures code for US T-bond are usually ZB05Z or USAZ5; it depend on platforms. Clearly there is always the expiration code (Z5/05Z for december 2005) since it's a futures.
 
the US isn't an index it is the 30-year bond. it is an interest product. it is the underlying product to the electronically traded futures contract (ZB), similarly to how the SP is the underlying product for the ES.
