Us Banking Crisis??????

Negative Bank Reserve Numbers. I knew they had fallen to 198 million but to go negative? Where is all this money going??? So essentially the banks owe more money to their depositors then they actually have in existence, including all those based on the fractional reserve system... Time to move to somewhere else?
