URLs for exchange rules

Anyone have the URLs for exchange rules? In particular I'm looking for priority info on cancel/replace orders at Arca & Inet.

I've done some digging online but it hasn't been all that easy to track down.

thanks for the replies. unfortunately i was unable to answer my question(s) at the arca/inet sites.

the type of question i'm trying to get answered is the following:

i put out a limit order for 100 shares on the bid, get a partial fill (say 30 shares). now i'm left with 70 shares open. if the market moves away from me can i cancel/replace the order to update the price to the current inside bid or will that be looked at as a new "odd lot" order and be charged the higher commisions?

Try an AON -- all or nothing -- order.
Don't get into this situation in the first place.

I don't believe so, but you know, it doesn't cost much to try it once.

And on AON -- those are not native to the exchange on either Arca or Island, so, it's a totally different beast. I don't recommend AONs that are not immediately marketable -- as they're not in the book, don't get add liquidity rebates, time priority, NMS trade through protection, etc.

thanks all. i'll probably be trying a few methods this week on arca & instinet. sounds like trial & error might be my best route at this point.
