Give Shortie a break. He is one of the few well educated and fine people on this forum. You have the right to believe anything including the wrong things, but I do not think you have the right to insult others.

With regard to markets, the big inside money knows well how the market behaves. They do not play such things fully because they are too big to get in and out quickly, although they likely do it at smaller sizes. Your average Joe thinking that such things are impossible is what wall street have drilled in your head, so you do not even try to look. One other thing you should know is that you do not need to time markets with precision to make money. Good enough is enough to make money.

As for RFT, from a trading capital point of view he is just a small guy, and needs time to grow his feathers. So if you happen to have lost any money to the market, he likely did not take it from you.

As for RFT's blog, he did not post on the blog since the top of Feb 9?, in which he warned of the top, and got it within a couple points on NDX.

That top should have been easy as the market was rising on lower volume. Insiders know well what that means. If you bought then it was your problem.

Also what you are doing is original work. I would be interested to learn more about it when we rediscuss it.

As you know in the PMs I sent you today, I had views on the market, but I did not post them here for concerns that it might be a disrespect for Bill. But you know what I wrote to you about NDX at 1171, and also the earlier level which witnessed the bounce of QQQQ from 29.07 to 29.23?

Note that numbers are only valid at the times they are made. You also know my views about the 29 puts expiring tomorrow, but views can change if new information appears.

Let us keep an eye on the close.
 
Quick question:

Are the excellent trading calls made from these 500+ pages of thread after the fact or before the market makes a swing move?

This seems like the thread where there are no losses.

That is a nice thing.
