This morning called for a flat market when the Dow was up 33 points. The Dow finished the morning down 103.

Morning Call = WRONG

The afternoon called for an up Market when the Dow was down 60. The Dow finished the day down 148.

Afternoon Call = WRONG


2 WRONG calls in a row, Mr. Rennick. Are you still trading off of these calls? And using no stops?
 
Yes Mr. Beans I do trade the calls, and have gone back to using stops after a couple of whipsaw days. The current unwinding of the financial system as we have known it has tightened my money management system, no more Rooster Cogburn style trading. I now hunt for base hits, or smaller consistant gains or losses. As for today, I do not trade on Fridays. The "smart Money" that the "Ball" tracks doesn't mess with placing trades in front of major data or weekends, which in turn has an adverse effect on the mighty "Balls" accuracy during those time frames.

Alas, the weekend has arrived. Be of good heart fair Pikers, and enjoy this Superbowl Sunday. I'm leaning Arizona, and the over.

Great thread! "BUY THIS SELLOFF NOW" is in caps and bolded for emphasis by rennick, who after this bad advice says "I do not trade on Fridays" in lower case.
