If you are posting from a residential unit (like a house or apartment) the IP is specific to your house or apartment. If it is a business, it can be routed through multiple locations and have a number of users going through the gateway.

Yours comes up residential when I look it up.

As for applying the moderation to everyone equally, the squeaky wheel gets the most grease. And you squeak with the best of 'em.

Still 1.5 hours 'til the close - but don't you think it is funny that after 1 fairly big move against the "Ball" a few 1/2 sessions ago - the "Ball" NAILS 3 BIG moves?!?

...and no one (but those that can figure in their head) are keeping tally :( .

but with the next miss you can count on those worms coming out of the woodwork.
