After a quick check I have concluded that yesterdays afternoon rally was due to a rogue buy progam triggered by terrorists trading in a cave who have promised 100 virgins to whoever can take down the "Ball".

However their influence was short lived as the mighty "Ball" ignored today's strong opening by calling for WEAK Market action for the morning session.

ps. at the time of this post all of yesterdays losses have come back to papa.
 
So Papa, with the Dow now -50, will we take our cue this afternoon from the mighty "BALL" that perhaps may forecast a gloomy afternoon and "sell any rallies"?

Bring your balls Fellas, todays chart looks alot like yesterdays., and then a rogue afternoon rally appeared.

i have a q about the ball. as of now the dow is around -54

if the rest of the afternoon the dow hovers around -54 or so.... is that considered weak action or neutral???

because on a chart it would be close to a flat line... so daytraders would consider flat action on afternoon...... how would the ball call it??

The "Ball" is calling for further WEAK Market action. If it closes where it was when the call was made the best call probably would have been FLAT.

But what would you call it if the Market rallied to plus 50 by 3 pm. Then it sold off in the final hour back to minus 50.

The better way to view these calls is to either buy selloffs, or sell rallies. The majority of days have some chop AKA counter-trends that should be used as entry points consistant with the forecast. Knowing which day will be a choppy day and which ones will trend parabolic is a trait the best traders have. It is the "it" factor, and it's hard to quantify.

This is my point EXACTLY.

This is why I think this whole thread is a joke.

To give a general market direction 70% of the time any seasoned trader can figure out.

It takes much more skill to enter with the right Entry, Target and Stop levels.

Once Rennick posts his entries, stops and targets ... then I will call him AMAZING - till then keep the kool aid flowing

yeah but........ the ball has to be working for some people..
i mean look how many views and replies rennick pulls into his thread!

thats more than i can say for most of seasoned traders here.

the ball didnt work for me...... but maybe its like rennick said.... perhaps i wasnt using the ball incorrectly.

Start posting your calls then. Rowshwanz went 0-5 with directional calls. Would you have shorted this mornings strong open? Calls like that is what the "Ball" brings to the table.
BTW Jackass, I am posting my trades with screenshots of the real brokerage statement over in Rennicks Quest, 100 bucks to 100 grand. These include timestamps of the exact trades.

You need to be your own man. Only a piker would listen to someone broadcasting precise entry points. What if 200 other pikers did the same thing. Does the term order inbalance mean anything to you? Would you also like me to wipe your ass.
