It was a clear nailing today. You need to realize that the "Ball" doesn't control the market, it merely detects the dominant posture of the Smart Money. Many of the calls you say are misses usually turn out to be spot on. It is all about perspective. Just because the updates are made at 9:40 am and 1:05 doesn't mean that these are the pivot points. If you know with high certainty what the dominant trend will be you can fine tune your trading.

There is a certain amount of "gut" that you need. I can't put my finger on it, but the best traders have it, that is the "it" factor.

C'mon Joab - so the "BALL" was not easily played inthe early going - I guess we should entirely discount it based on THAT?!?

Any "yokel" can look at this mornings chaotic market slight up open - immediate plunge and reverse off the pivot 150 points back to the high...and then back down to even - and see that you'd have to be a flawless machine to extract gains from THAT :p

In the meantime if you use it (and I don't) as a general trend signal - maybe some are making money from it - I don't know or care.

But I like WM's thread for the fun.gA

Yes, you are a pitifully negative Piker who claims to have been a past subscriber to the "Ball". Odd that you are still able to quote the current update, still secretly using it huh? You only come out of your hole when you think it is wrong.

I get the best laughs when you start flaming whenever a counter-trend occurs, as if a call is wrong unless you get a parabolic straight lined trend which doesn't stop until the closing bell . A real trader waits for these counter trends as entry points consistant with the forecast. A Piker like you is nervously glued to the screen and dives out of your ground level window in your pj's whenever the Market goes against you.

Like I have advised before, do yourself a favor and get a day job that doesn't have a live feed to the Market.

The Ball was stopped out fair and square - why can't you folks just admit ... that your $29 per month holy grail isn't infallible?

My one month subscription to the ball (because of all the interest in this thread) is ending today.

In closing -

The truth was on Paper the ball was net up 9% for the month - following it the way TraderRich (The balls inventor) advises.

Overall that's not bad !

This thread has turned into typical Guru bull ship and the funny thing is Rennick is just the Guru's errand boy / messenger.

Newbies or anyone else interested in the $29 ball service, my original post holds true.

Rennicks, $29 per month pay for service is OK BUT far from amazing as Rennick would have you all believe.

Use with caution and NEVER believe the shit you read in these types of threads, always test things out for yourself.

I know you all want to make me out as the bad guy but the truth be told - I'm just keepin it real because that's what the ET forum is all about.

The point is......no shit. It's been said over and over that the humor is enjoyed.

If some poor slob cannot understand that and takes a trade based off the call, they have far more things to worry about in life than losing a few bucks.

What post in the past 300 has been a serious "pump" for the program?
