With the Dow down 69 points at 12 noon EST, the mighty "Balls" morning call was a good one.

It remains NEUTRAL calling for further FLAT Market action for the rest of the day. We should end near current levels.
With that I'm shutting down my trading screen and turning my attention to a large list of chores. Good day all...
