I don't go countertrend on strong rallies in the late afternoon, but anyone who trades the S&P intraday knows that there was something to the logic behind the crystal ball.
Most of the time, if the market makes a new low after 11 (and not just by one tick), and then approaches the morning high later in the day, that is a good place to at least tighten one's stops if one is long. Not necessarily to go short, but to look for selling.
