The "Ball" reading just came in NEUTRAL calling for FLAT Market action this afternoon. Look for the Averages to roughly maintain current levels into the close.

Actually, the "Ball" made 2 Neutral (stay the course) calls after making a Strong call. Anyone trading this would still be in thier long position and sitting pretty.
