He would have told you to sell at 2:03PM and 2:04PM. Where do you think I got the signal I posted in the thread below? (eur/jpy is the bank of the bulls). I decided not to post to starve some people who instead of being thankful, they bash others. But from my eur/jpy trade, an intelligent person would conclude what I did in equities and at what time. EUR/JPY and equities are nicely correlated.

Why would you think I am trying to make fun of him? Have I lashed out at him like others have?

I have been silently validating his calls, actually I have been quite impressed with the accuracy of his calls. Not saying he is right 100% of the time as nothing in the market is for certain (unless its insider trading). I even know his source, I am pondering on subscribing to the service myself. They should be thanking him actually.
And I just do not base my trading on his calls, obviously you have to do your own homework too.

Just that, I am curious to know if the crystal ball picked up on how the market took a sudden sharp fall today.

Just relax riskfreetrading, not everyone here is out to get Rennick.

The "Ball" was NEUTRAL all day,, neutral means don't trade. The ball tracks the so called "smart money", and yesterday was being ruled by the big option players who like to swing the market to benefit their super cheap close to expiring options. (that's my analysis of yesterdays late move)

To answer your question the "Ball" did not catch the sell off as it was advising to stay on the sidelines.

ps. FWIW, the all day NEUTRAL call wasn't bad as the Averages ended almost where they began... plus the futures this morning are in the green. Anyone who stayed short overnite is taking a hit this morning
