I'm the clown, yet you are the one bashing a rule that creates opportunities for daytraders & scalpers.
I'm throwing it out there that Uptick Rule = Opportunity, and you're too stupid to pick up on it. There are threads on ET going back to 2002-2005 where people discuss trading off the uptick rule. Prop firm LLC were built on it, along with small fortunes for traders.
