Thanks for defining momentum. No one else talks about it. What are the important characteristics of momentum? Do you simply compare bars? What do you look for when identifying momentum?

first remove moving averages forget S/R
when you think of something moving faster than something else what do you look for? compare swings....

momentum will give a good idea when to take the trade in which direction but always wait for some encouragement or confirmation from market
