Uploading images

Hello

Since your site came back yesterday afternoon I am unable to upload picture.
I am getting a message that "This is not a valid image file"
I am trying to upload a file that I have uploaded in the past successfully.
It is a .JPG file of less than 100KB.
I have tried to upload a .PNG file and I got the same error message.

Please advise.

Let's get this tested and fixed....
