They hedge your position when they see a reason for it, usually it is hedged from IC broker but not for pennies.
That’s pretty good! Especially the 5k for 30:1 is up there with prop firm rates. Due to their transparency and overall online presence I think I’d choose these guys over the smarter.trading prop firm.

Oh that makes sense! So not too much to be worried about in this case. They have a way of protecting themselves via hedging without having to sabotage my trading.
Can I ask what kind of strategy you want to use, where would you need that kind of leverage ?
Yes, of course! I mostly day trade large cap US stocks. So with this kind of leverage, I can open positions worth several hundred shares on these type of stocks.
Not hedged position (Long=Short dollar value) or hedged ? If not hedged, then Alaric is the best offer you can get.
Just keep in mind, that you get only 10:1 leverage at the beginning. After a few months when they have seen you can handle that leverage they increase it 30:1. Of course higher deposits higher leverage at Alaric sooner.
