Even though there are arrests, by the time it gets through the legal system, nothing ever gets done. The media, for what ever reason, doesn't follow up on what happens to those who are arrested.

SOME regions + states are much more quick to punish. In Texas, i think its legal to shoot someone damaging property.
They are going the other way on most everything from Canada. In TX , lions are considered varmints + shot on sight TX, great place to live \a bit warm for me in summer, i live between TX + Canada in temperature.:D:D

The problem up here seems to be the court system. Cops arrest people and the judges put them back on the street.
Couple of girls got caught defacing property. Suspended sentence and no record. Basically no deterent.

I got caught speeding several times+ another time with not all my back lights working[which i could not see anyway/LOL]
One speeding fine+ 2 mercy warnings. Now i set my cruze control well below max speed.
Speaking of TX, one time i got pulled over, cool cop said ,i stopped you because you changed [position lanes ] without a signal. He asked what are you doing down here ?? Told him, going to Gateway Church He let me go after he ran my TN tag #.
I've switched positions in my trading account, without a signal; market has fined me for that also LOL:D:D Singapore has good system\ low taxes + they cane[beat a bit] people:caution::caution:
