I have to see that in European trading hours (start at 3 am ), most of the up and downgrades of the recent day are well known .
Whats the fastest source to get those up and downgrade shit ???
Bloomberg terminal, cost about 1000 to 2000 a month. Latest breaking news on everything.......including euro markets. Then there is reuters, but I have no idea what a live feed cost.
